What is included?

All cleanings are customized to your needs and based on your preferences. You decide which rooms you want cleaned and what add-ons you want to include for each and every visit.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

It's not necessary, unless you prefer to use your own. We provide all eco friendly cleaning supplies needed to complete your service with no additional charge. If you choose to provide your own, please keep supplies readily available.

What kind of products are used?

L.A. Cleaning Experts use only 100% Eco Friendly products that are non-toxic, pet friendly, child safe and top-rated in the eco cleaning industry. We provide you with time tested eco cleaning solutions and disinfectants that are both highly effective and safe for you and the environment.

Who will be doing the cleaning?

We select the best cleaning pros specifically to meet your cleaning needs. If there’s a specific cleaning specialist you prefer, please specify in the notes and we’ll match you with them. Many customers prefer the same cleaning pro every time, as they become familiar with your home, you will feel more at ease knowing the job is getting done exactly how you want it. There’s no obligation in any case, so you can easily request a new match any time.

Does someone need to be present when you clean?

While there’s no obligation to be home, it’s completely up to you. We do ask for instructions on key placement and/or any access codes for gates or gate guards, if you are not planning to be home. Your information is kept private until the day/time of service and are not accessible once service is complete. If there are any alarms to be disarmed or armed, please make sure to provide all details in the notes, and we will call to confirm the instructions so everyone’s at ease.

Are pets ok?

Yes, many households have pets and while we do our best to clean your space, including theirs, please use your best judgement with aggressive pets and keep them in a safe place during your cleaning service. Let us know in the notes if there’s anything important that we need to know.

do you offer same day service?

Yes, if it’s early enough in the day, we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I skip or reschedule bookings that part of a recurring cleaning plan?

Yes, absolutely! We know things change, so you can skip, reschedule or even cancel prior to your scheduled service. Contact us and we'll try our best to accommodate your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow cancellations with at least 12 hours notice. Anything less than 12 hours will incur a $25 fee.
