Standard Home Cleaning

2 HOUR MINIMUM

THROUGHOUT HOME CLEANING CHECKLIST

✔ All accessible surfaces dusted, including furniture, wall décor, mirrors, frames, lamps, TV’s, mantles etc.
✔ Light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted
✔ Inside windowsills, ledges and window tracks dusted
✔ Doors, doorknobs, and doorframes dusted and cleaned
✔ Baseboards, window and door trims/moldings dusted
✔ Sweep, vacuum carpet, area rugs and mop floors

✔ Stairs vacuumed and banisters wiped

✔ Cabinet exteriors and shelves dusted

✔ General tidying up throughout such as straightening and fluffing cushions, straightening up clutter (stack magazines, fold blanket throws)

✔ Large Appliance exteriors wiped down

✔ Small appliances such as coffee maker exterior cleaned, pods and/or grounds tossed out. Toaster or toaster oven exterior wipe down.

✔ Refrigerator interior base and microwave interior wiped down

✔ Wash and dry a few dishes, if any. Put away is optional.

✔ Sinks, faucets, handles, hardware and backsplash cleaned

DEEP Home Cleaning

All general cleaning listed above for Standard Home Cleaning +Plus the following:

4 HOUR MINIMUM

✔ Clean & Degrease: Exhaust fan, dishwasher, and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster oven and/or toaster tray, garbage disposal, bathroom exhaust fans, kitchen cabinets, handles and light fixtures.

✔ Behind and underneath all movable furniture, appliances.
✔ Extensive bathroom cleaning: scrub bathroom walls, grout, clean shower heads etc.
✔ Disinfect and clean: doorknobs, light switches, etc.
✔ Wipe down doors and door frames, sliding glass doors (interior only) and tracks, bathroom cabinets, blinds, etc.
✔ Wash & dry dishes and put away if needed.
✔ Replenish bedding (leave fresh linen on the bed if you'd like the sheets changed).
✔ Dust/Vacuum: Upholstery, door screens, curtains, artificial plants, A/C vent covers, balusters (if any), etc.
✔ Sanitize waste bin and surrounding area if bin is enclosed.
